MEET THE COACH

HEY, I’M SABRINA SEITZ

With over 7 years + of experience in the team sports industry, I specialize in athletic development & olympic weightlifting, focusing on helping athletes build strength and power to achieve their sport performance or personal strength goals.

I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of sporting teams across male and female programs, coaching athletes at all levels—from amateur competitors to elite performers representing Australian national teams, competing on the world championship stage, and traveling with teams on selected campaigns.

My journey into this field is deeply personal. After an injury forced me to step away from sport, I developed a profound curiosity about human movement, performance, and the transformative power of education. This experience shaped my passion for helping others achieve their athletic potential.

Competing in individual sports such as swimming, bodybuilding, and weightlifting has enriched my understanding of strength and power development. These experiences have sharpened my skills and reinforced my belief in the vital role of strength and power for athletes striving for excellence.

  • Masters - High Performance Sport (MsHPS)

  • ASCA Pro. Level 2

  • Certificate 3 & 4 - Personal Training / Sport Coaching & Recreation
