  • " Started with Sabrina about a year ago coming of a shoulder reconstruction at Athletes Authority. As an athlete working under Sabs I have seen my athletic performance improve significantly improving my overall strength, power and size. The most enjoyable part of the gym side has been learning the Olympic lifting from Sabs which I had never done before and she was really good at being able to breakdown the movements and teach me all the different fundamentals of the lifts.This has all stemmed from how much Sabrina cares about her athletes always checking in on where their at and challenging them to get better everyday and I value and appreciate all the time and effort she has put into my athletic journey.   • " I have been coached by you for 3 years at East Fremantle Women’s Football Club. My experience with you could be described as hard working and full of results as you pushed us to all reach our full potential. I have become a lot more confident in the gym with different exercises as well as gaining fitness and knowledge of the S&C area.
