1. General Agreement
These terms govern the use of all coaching services provided, including in-person training, online programs, and consultations
2. Coaching Service Terms
Minimum Commitment: A minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required to achieve and see realistic progress. This duration ensures consistency and allows for meaningful results.
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without prior notice.
3. Payment
Payment for all face-to-face coaching sessions must be made in advance or in cash on the day of the session. If paying in cash, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
Online coaching is billed through a recurring direct debit system via the website. Services will commence only after the direct debit arrangement has been successfully confirmed.
Failed Payments: If a direct debit payment fails, the Coach will notify the Client.
The Client must ensure sufficient funds are available for the payment to be reattempted within 7 days to avoid service interruptions.
It is the Client’s responsibility to keep payment information accurate and up to date.Any changes to bank account or credit card details must be promptly communicated to the Coach.
4. Client Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit and free from any medical conditions that could prevent you from safely exercising.
If uncertain, consult a medical professional and provide a clearance certificate if required.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
12-Week Minimum Commitment
To achieve meaningful progress, a minimum commitment is required. If you choose to cancel before completing the 12 weeks, payment in full for the remaining term will be required. This applies to both in-person and online coaching services.
F2F Coaching:
We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled within 24 hours will either be forfeited or must be rescheduled within the same week, subject to availability. Casual sessions must be prepaid or paid on the day of the session.
Online Coaching:
A 12-week minimum commitment ensures the effectiveness of the coaching service and supports your long-term success. If you cancel before completing the term, you will be responsible for the full payment of the remaining weeks.
If you are not happy or satisfied with the service for a valid reason, a full refund may be issued upon review.
There are no additional joining or hidden fees associated with this service.
These policies are in place to maintain the quality and consistency of coaching services while supporting your commitment to achieving your goals.
6. Intellectual Property
All personal information collected is used exclusively to deliver training services and will remain strictly confidential. By participating in training sessions, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during sessions for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your images or videos used, please notify the Coach, and they will be excluded from any public sharing.
Training materials, programs, and resources provided by the Coach are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
