ONLINE COACHING - S&C
Online coaching program, delivered via a dedicated app, tracks training loads, wellness, and tailored programs. Athletes receive targeted feedback through WhatsApp every session, with video analysis to ensure precise technique, progress tracking, and continuous support for optimal adherence.

Online coaching program, delivered through a dedicated app, tracks Olympic weightlifting training loads and provides customized program. Lifters receive focused feedback through WhatsApp, including video analysis every session, ensuring precise technique, effective progress monitoring, and continuous support for peak lifting performance.
FACE TO FACE COACHING
* ONLINE CURRENT MEMBERS - $85 PER SESSION
(BEGINNERS - ADVANCE LEVEL) F2F coaching sessions offer a focused 60-minute deep dive into technical mastery. Focus on refine key movement patterns and lifts with personalised feedback, driving immediate improvement and building a foundation for long-term, independent growth.
